I had to replace flooring in my 6-year-old house after the original tile failed and the builder-grade carpet deteriorated far too quickly. I wasn’t thrilled about spending a large amount of money on such a new home, but Adam (the Store Manager) and Kenda at The Floor Project turned a frustrating situation into an amazing experience.
They helped me find a financing option that made the whole project manageable, and during the process, Kenda suggested an alternative to ceramic tile — a beautiful manufactured flooring that looks like tile, has no grout (a game changer for bathrooms!), and honestly looks better than real tile at a fraction of the price. She saved me a ton of money without sacrificing the look I wanted.
The install was flawless, the floors look incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Their customer service, communication, and genuine care for my project exceeded every expectation.
I’m so impressed with Adam and Kenda that I’m already planning my next project with them. If you need flooring, this is the team you want — honest, knowledgeable, and truly committed to doing right by their customers.

The store had a lot of options in any price range and Kenda was very helpful when selecting the best product for our home.
Just so all you customers know floor project will sell you padding for the whole job when it takes less than padding then carpet there ripping you off find your own installer save tons they add tons of money to installations that they don’t give to installer do the math and check around
Only one installer.... and after 11 hours he wasn't done with a 2200 sq ft job in a basement with stairs. When I called Heath and Ricky, they said this installer worked "alone" and did this so that the work would be "quality". $2000 to install this carpet, and they send one person and need 2 days to do the job.
My wife and I have purchased carpet and flooring from Floor Project West for 4 different homes. Worked with multiple sales / customer service representatives and have had multiple good experiences. Most recently, we had an issue with a product. While it took some time Ricky and Sonja went out of their way to support us and communicate over an extended period of time. Without question one of the best service experiences we've had. Can't say thank you enough. This was a complex situation that was handled well from top to bottom. Quality products matter but customer service is even more important.
No one came out to help us .
